*Relationship to Design Agreements*

Use of this website does not create a client–designer relationship.

Any design services provided by Folding Oaks, LLC are governed exclusively by a separate written fee proposal or design agreement, executed by both parties. Upon execution, that agreement constitutes the entire and controlling agreement between Folding Oaks, LLC and the client with respect to services, scope, fees, deliverables, and responsibilities.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and a signed design agreement, the terms of the signed agreement shall control.

1. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, drawings, renderings, images, graphics, models, layouts, and downloadable materials, is the exclusive property of Folding Oaks, LLC and is protected by United States copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, or display any Site content without prior written consent from Folding Oaks, LLC.

Design Work & Project Materials

All plans, drawings, 3D models, renderings, and design documents created by Folding Oaks, LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use purchased plans for a single construction only, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Reuse, resale, or modification without permission is prohibited.

2. Nature of Services
Folding Oaks, LLC provides residential design and drafting services within the exemptions and limitations set forth in applicable laws. Nothing on this Site or in our services shall be construed as offering licensed professional work. All construction documents must be reviewed and implemented by qualified professionals in accordance with applicable laws. 

3. Cost & Performance Disclaimer
Any opinions of probable cost, square-foot estimates, timelines, or performance information are informational only and not guaranteed. Actual construction costs, schedules, and outcomes are the responsibility of the builder and other project consultants and may vary due to market conditions, selections, labor, materials, or unforeseen circumstances. 

4. Photography & Portfolio Rights:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Folding Oaks LLC reserves the right to photograph completed projects and use drawings, renderings, images, and project descriptions for portfolio, marketing, publication, and promotional purposes. Client personal information will not be disclosed. 

5. Third-Party Links
This Site may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Folding Oaks, LLC. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party sites.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided "As Is" and "As Available". 
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Folding Oaks, LLC disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Site, reliance on Site content, or inability to access the Site.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.

8. Changes to Terms:
Updates to these Terms may be made at any time without notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
